Comprehensive refurbishment of Edwardian boat shelter into a four bedroomed luxury holiday let on the bank of Thorpeness Meare.
The work involved the repair of the existing structure, remodelling and upgrading of the buildings fabric and services to create energy efficient and comfortable living accommodation.
The living, kitchen and dining space were arranged at first floor level linking to an oak framed balcony in order to maximise the panoramic views of the lake.
